Why a Blog?
Back in 2019 we began exploring Europe, and somewhere between the train rides, old towns and unexpected moments in Spain and Portugal, we completely fell in love with the continent. What started as a simple travel journal (now our blog), Our Way Through Europe has become a place to record our memories, store our favourite photos and share our experiences with family, friends and anyone dreaming of their own Europe adventure. Europe 2025
In May 2024 we travelled through Italy and Southern France with close friends, a trip full of laughter, good food and the kind of moments that stay with you. In 2025 it was just the two of us, wandering through more of wonderful Europe at our own pace. This time we explored France, Switzerland, Germany and Austria, before ending our journey on the beautiful Isle of Sicily. Along the way we discovered charming, lesser‑known towns, quiet corners and experiences that reminded us why we love travelling this continent so much. This journal is our personal diary and blog, a place to record our memories, share our favourite photos and offer practical tips for anyone planning their own European adventure. Everything we learned on this trip will help shape our next big journey in 2027, as we continue finding our way through Europe one story at a time.
